Who I am
He Pākehā ahau. He Tangata Tiriti ahau. My ancestors came to Aotearoa from the Scottish borders and highlands, Ulster, Wales, England, France, Italy, and further abroad. My whānau has been in Aotearoa between five and seven generations. I grew up in Te Tai Tokelau, the Far North of Aotearoa.
I work as an intuitive healer, supporting people to reconnect with their inner knowing, clear energetic blockages, and return to balance. My work is grounded in deep listening — to the body, the wairua, and the unseen layers that shape our lived experience. I am also a writer and artist, and these practices inform my healing.
Energy Work
I trained in He Rongoa Māori with Te Kopere O Raehina in Taranaki under the late kuia Olive Bullock. I also trained in Usui Reiki levels 1 and 2 and Earth Ascension Reiki with the “Reiki Godmothers” Manu del Prete and Aki Hirata Baker in Brooklyn, New York.
Since my first training at Te Kopere, I have worked in healing centres around the world including in the USA and Germany. I am currently honoured to be on a mahi wairua journey with Wiremu Niania Cultural Therapy, and have completed their Developing and Understanding matekite wānanga.
I draw on my own lived experience in living with the aftermath childhood trauma, including parental suicide. I am passionate about supporting my clients in and through a range of experiences, including:
- grief
- depression
- spiritual crisis
- nervous system (re)regulation
- questions of identity and belonging
- fertility support.
My work complements allopathic (traditional, western) medicine and can be combined with other forms of treatment, such as talk therapy and medication.
My Offerings
My practice draws on matekite, reiki, and mahi wairua, alongside holistic health perspectives. I work gently but deeply, creating a safe and grounded space for transformation, integration, and self-empowerment.
I offer sessions both online and in person, meeting people where they are and honouring their own healing rhythm.
I offer in person treatments in Porirua, moon circles in Te Whanganui-a-Tara / Wellington, and online sessions anywhere.
