Terms & Conditions

Rehua Healing

By booking a session, workshop, circle, or engaging with the Rehua Healing website or services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Nature of Services

Rehua Healing offers holistic and spiritual wellbeing services, including (but not limited to) energy work, mahi wairua, bodywork, movement practices, workshops, and circles.

 

Our services:

 

  • Are intended to support personal wellbeing and self-awareness

  • Do not replace medical, psychological, or psychiatric care

  • Are not a substitute for professional diagnosis or treatment

 

You are encouraged to seek appropriate professional support for medical or mental health concerns.

2. Practitioner Relationship

Services are delivered by individual practitioners operating within the Rehua Healing collective. Each practitioner:

 

  • Is responsible for their own practice, training, and professional boundaries

  • Works within the shared kaupapa of Rehua Healing

  • Provides services based on informed consent and mutual respect

 

Engaging in a service does not create a clinical or medical practitioner–patient relationship.

3. Client Responsibility

By engaging with our services, you acknowledge that:

 

  • You participate voluntarily and take responsibility for your own wellbeing

  • You will share relevant information that may affect your experience or safety

  • You may choose to pause or stop a session at any time

 

Healing responses vary between individuals, and outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

4. Bookings and Payment

  • Bookings are made through our website or agreed booking platforms

  • Payment terms (including fees and timing) are specified at the time of booking

  • Some services may require full payment in advance

 

Prices are listed in New Zealand dollars (NZD) unless otherwise stated.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session.

 

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full

  • Missed appointments (no-shows) may be charged in full

  • In exceptional circumstances, discretion may be applied

 

Workshops and circles may have separate cancellation policies, which will be communicated at the time of booking.

6. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of all clients and participants.

 

Information shared during sessions, workshops, or circles is treated as private and confidential, except:

 

  • Where there is a risk of harm to yourself or others

  • Where disclosure is required by law

 

Participants in group settings are encouraged to respect the confidentiality of others, though Rehua Healing cannot guarantee the actions of third parties.

7. Online Sessions

For online services:

 

  • You are responsible for ensuring a suitable, private environment

  • Rehua Healing is not responsible for technical issues outside our control

  • Sessions will not be recorded without explicit consent

8. Workshops, Circles, and Group Spaces

Group offerings involve shared spaces and collective experiences.

 

By participating, you agree to:

 

  • Engage respectfully with others

  • Honour the shared nature of the space

  • Follow any guidelines provided by facilitators

 

Rehua Healing reserves the right to remove participants from group spaces if behaviour is unsafe or disrespectful.

9.  Intellectual Property

All content on the Rehua Healing website, including text, images, and materials, is the property of Rehua Healing or its practitioners unless otherwise stated.

 

Content may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

10.  Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

 

  • Rehua Healing and its practitioners are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from participation in services

  • You engage with services at your own discretion and responsibility

 

Nothing in these Terms limits rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

11. Changes to Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time.

The most current version will be published on our website.
