Rehua Healing is a collective grounded in care, connection, and shared responsibility for wellbeing. We bring together practitioners and creatives who support healing, expression, and collective transformation — both seen and unseen.
Our work honours Te Ao Māori and Te Tiriti-based partnership in Aotearoa. We welcome people of all backgrounds to engage with our healing practices. Our focus is supporting your healing in a way that feels safe, respectful, and aligned.

Rehua Healing is a constellation of Tangata Whenua and Tauiwi healers offering holistic healing practices across Aotearoa New Zealand.

We work across spiritual, emotional, physical, and collective layers, offering both one-to-one sessions and shared spaces such as workshops and circles. Our practices are informed by He Rongoā Māori, Te Ao Māori, and Tauiwi frameworks, and are guided by respect, integrity, and aroha.
Sessions are available in Pōneke, Porirua, Tāmaki Makaurau, and online.
