Refund Policy
Rehua Healing
Rehua Healing is committed to offering services with care, integrity, and transparency. This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be available and how they are handled.
1. General Policy
Due to the nature of our services (including time-based, personalised, and spiritual wellbeing offerings), refunds are generally not provided for completed sessions or services.
However, we aim to be fair and reasonable and will consider requests in line with New Zealand consumer law.
2. One-to-One Sessions
Completed Sessions

Once a session has taken place, no refund is available

This includes situations where the outcome does not meet personal expectations, as experiences and responses to healing work vary between individuals
Cancellations by You

If you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your scheduled session, you may:

Transfer your booking to a new date, or
-
Request a credit for future use

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session, or failure to attend (no-show), are not eligible for a refund
Cancellations by Us
If a practitioner needs to cancel a session:

You will be offered a reschedule, or
-
A full refund if rescheduling is not suitable
3. Workshops, Circles, and Group Offerings
Refunds for workshops, circles, and group offerings depend on the specific event and will be communicated at the time of booking.
Unless otherwise stated:

Refunds are available if cancellation is made within the stated cancellation period

Late cancellations or non-attendance may not be refundable

If an event is cancelled by Rehua Healing, a full refund or credit will be offered
4. Online Services
For online sessions:

Technical issues on the practitioner’s side may result in rescheduling or a refund

Technical issues on the participant’s side (e.g. internet connection, device issues) do not automatically entitle a refund, but may be considered on a case-by-case basis
5. Exceptional Circumstances
We recognise that unexpected situations can arise.
Refund or credit requests due to exceptional circumstances (such as illness or emergencies) will be considered with care and discretion.
Please contact us as soon as possible if this applies.
6. Consumer Guarantees Act
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (New Zealand).
If a service is not provided with reasonable care and skill, or is not delivered as agreed, you may be entitled to a remedy under the Act.
