Rehua Healing is a collective grounded in care, connection, and shared responsibility for wellbeing. We bring together practitioners and creatives who support healing, expression, and collective transformation — both seen and unseen.
Our work honours Te Ao Māori while welcoming people of all backgrounds to engage with healing practices in a way that feels safe, respectful, and aligned.
Our Kaupapa
Rehua Healing is a constellation of Tangata Whenua and Pākehā healers offering holistic healing practices across Aotearoa New Zealand.

We work across spiritual, emotional, physical, and collective layers, offering both one-to-one sessions and shared spaces such as workshops and circles. Our practices are informed by He Rongoā Māori and Te Ao Māori, and guided by respect, integrity, and aroha.
Sessions are available in Pōneke, Porirua, and online.
