Energy work supports spiritual alignment, energetic clearing, and reconnection to your inner knowing. These sessions draw on matekite, reiki, and mahi wairua modalities and are held in a grounded, intuitive way — guided by what’s present for you. Choose a session • Energy Work — 60 minutes (online or in person) A supportive reset for clearing heaviness, calming the nervous system, and restoring flow. • Energy Work — 90 minutes (online or in person) More spacious and in-depth — ideal for deeper healing layers, patterns, or longer-term blocks.
