Ko Mumu Moore ahau.

I was born on the slopes of Te Whanganui-a-Tara. I practice various art forms, including writing, art, and filmmaking.

Through sound, vibration, meditation, and breath, I create spaces for grounding, connection, reflection, and healing.

I have been working with taonga pūoro, guided meditation, and sound healing for over six years, exploring the realms of wairua, mauri, ora, and breathwork.

Taonga pūoro sits at the foundation of my mahi, helping to facilitate balance within and without, above and below.

Alongside taonga pūoro, I am trained in eco-somatic Tera Soma Yoga and facilitation.

Taonga Pūoro and Yoga

I offer both one-on-one experiences and large group wānanga sessions, each held with intention and care

My current availability for taonga pūoro is 9am-2pm Tuesday and Wednesday.

I also offer koha yoga on Monday evenings at the Newtown Community Centre, Te Whanganui-a-Tara (Wellington).
