I grew up in a small place on East Coast called Tikitiki.

I currently live in Levin with my paku whanau

My name is Awhina Henry

I am a Māmā, Rongoā Māori Practitioner and business owner of Awhi Ora Rongoā

I have been doing Rongoā Māori for about 10 or so years.

I have Rongoā Māori available for direct purchase.

I offer a beginners' Rongoā foundation course which you can watch at your own pace online.
